Our Luxury Residences (suites 207, 208 and 209) are the epitome of high-end Alpine living. With sizes ranging from 95 to 135 square metres, they combine exquisite design with ultimate comfort – and offer ample space for complete privacy and relaxation.

Refined interiors, high-quality materials and subtle elements of antique wood create a warm, timelessly elegant ambience. Each Luxury Residence features a spa area with a Finnish sauna, infrared sauna and steam shower – a secluded wellness oasis in entirely private surroundings.

Thoughtfully designed living and workation spaces allow a harmonious balance of relaxation and productivity – giving you maximum flexibility during your luxury getaway in the Kitzbühel Alps.

Suites 207 and 209 can optionally be connected via an internal door, offering even more space, privacy and flexibility across a total of 240 square metres.

To ensure the wellbeing of all our guests, pets are not permitted in the Kitzbühel Residences – allowing allergy sufferers to enjoy their stay in complete comfort.
