Peter Falk is at hand to help you take your workouts to the next level. A university-educated sports scientist and certified personal trainer, Peter has more than 10 years of experience in prevention and rehabilitation, as well as performance diagnostics and athletic training. His philosophy is to “train with intelligence”: instead of using heavy weights that overtax the client, he relies on compact exercise equipment and functional workouts that utilise your own bodyweight. His session plans are based on the latest findings in sports science and performance research, in order to achieve the best possible results.
