This can entail a combination of approaches – including classic massage, reflexology, meridian therapy, singing bowl massage, lymphatic drainage, cupping therapy, and craniosacral techniques.

Classic Massage
Relaxation for body, mind and soul

Foot Reflexology
Foot reflexology involves massaging specific areas on the soles of the feet to influence different parts of the body. Targeted pressure is applied to reflex zones to relieve ailments and stimulate the body’s self-healing powers.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
This treatment relieves congestion throughout the body, soothes, detoxifies and speeds up the healing process, e.g. after injuries and operations.

Cranio Sacral Therapy
A gentle yet effective treatment that evolved out of osteopathy. Through gentle touch, the body’s self-healing properties are activated, and your body is gently straightened. Physical and emotional tensions can be permanently resolved.

Detox Massage (Cupping Therapy)
A special massage technique in which suction cups are applied to the skin, creating gentle negative pressure. This helps release deep-seated tension, while stimulating circulation and activating the body’s metabolism. The treatment has a calming and detoxifying effect, and is ideal for relieving stubborn muscle tension.

Acupuncture Massage (APM)
Effective for a wide range of conditions.

In this treatment, gentle pressure is applied along the body’s energy pathways (meridians) to restore the flow of vital energy and bring the body back into balance. By activating the body’s self-healing abilities, accupressure can help relieve a variety of ailments – including headaches, digestive problems and joint pain. In contrast to acupuncture, APM is a needle-free method performed with special massage pens.

Bioenergetic Treatment
A gentle, highly effective treatment that uses the Key method (SCENAR) to release blockages in the musculoskeletal system, and reduce symptoms associated with scar tissue. Activates the body’s self-healing properties, and stimulates detoxification and regeneration – the basis of a healthy body.

Singing Bowl Massage
During a sound healing massage, also known as singing bowl massage, the client is fully clothed. Singing bowls are placed on, or held above, the body, and gently struck or rubbed in a circular motion. While it works on very subtle levels, the effect is profound: the sound cleanses the aura and chakras, and promotes a deep feeling of relaxation.

Sports Massage (Deep Pressure Massage)
A firm, invigorating massage that stimulates circulation and loosens your muscles – an ideal preparation for sports activities, or to promote faster recovery after physical exertion.

Hot Stone Massage

Lomi Lomi Nui - Hawaiian Temple Massage
Full-body massage with warm oils; the massage therapist uses her forearms and elbows to combine gentle pressure with flowing, harmonious movements. ‘Lomi’ stands for new beginnings, and letting go.

Ear Candling
Experience a unique type of relaxation, born from the pleasant warmth of the ear candles and the equalised pressure inside your ear. Ear candling gently stimulates the lymphatic system and blood circulation in your head area, as well as your reflex zones – so its benefits extend to your whole body!
