‘Natürlich Yoga’ Studio
Monday, from 17.00 - 18.15am – Smooth and Gentle: Mellow Yoga Flow
This gentle class combines simple breathing techniques with flowing sequences of movements and poses. Vitalises, increases flexibility and improves sleep quality.
Suitable for all ages and skill levels, including beginners.
Wednesday, 9.00 - 10.15pm – Rise and Shine: Morning Yoga for Everyone
This energising class makes for a perfect start to your day: we salute the sun, stretch, strengthen and awaken our bodies in a mindful manner. As well as enhancing your physical wellbeing, our Morning Yoga session will leave you emotionally centred and mentally alert.
Suitable for all ages and skill levels, including beginners.
Sunday, 16.00 - 17.00 am - Om Sweet Om: Yin Yoga Sunday
Yoga is known to promote a sense of inner calm; Yin yoga is designed to help us truly integrate this serene outlook into our daily lives. Each pose is maintained for a duration of three minutes, with a primary focus on the deeper layers of our bodies: the fascia, connective tissue, tendons and joints.
Suitable for all ages and skill levels, including beginners.
Personal Yoga: Your Individualised Yoga Experience
Benefit from a personalised session for either yourself alone, or a small group. This allows you to progress at your own pace whilst targeting your specific goals, with a high degree of flexibility in terms of time and location. In private sessions, I am able to apply the full breadth of my knowledge to your individual requirements and needs. Physical symptoms or restrictions, as well as states of exhaustion or anxiety can be expertly addressed with a carefully tailored approach. A private yoga session is also an ideal first introduction to this life-enhancing practice.
