Our sports scientist and personal trainer, Peter Falk, will support you in determining your perfect training programme.

Tuesdays at 10.00 on the Rooftop Terrace


In this session, we use a variety of bodyweight exercises (utilising our own weight to provide resistance against gravity) to build core muscle strength. At the same time, we introduce stretches and relaxation exercises to restore perfect balance in your back muscles. Minimum participants: 4

Wednesdays at 17.30 on the Rooftop Terrace


Motion training not only creates greater flexibility, but also enhances your overall body awareness and posture. Many people suffer from chronic physical discomfort – be it in everyday life, or during sports activities such as running. Very often, insufficient mobility is the root cause of these issues. To compensate for deficiencies, the body starts to involve muscles and tendons in movements for which they were not designed. This results in a muscular imbalance. With regular mobility training, these issues can be successfully addressed. Sports scientist Peter Falk will guide you through all exercises in an expert manner that takes into account your current physical condition. During this session, all joints and surrounding structures are stretched, mobilised and brought into balance.
