Royal Automobile Club of Victoria
Founded in 1903, the Automobile Club of Victoria was created as a motoring club to promote the use and enjoyment of motor vehicles. Today, the club offers a diverse range of facilities and activities in two venues – the City Club at 501 Bourke Street in Melbourne, and the Healesville Country Club in the beautiful Yarra Valley, a pleasant one-hour drive from Melbourne. Both properties provide club members with access to an exceptional range of accommodation, dining, lifestyle and recreational facilities that are widely recognised as the best in their field. The club is the perfect place to celebrate special occasions such as birthdays, weddings and anniversaries. It also features excellent functions spaces, as well as outstanding restaurants and bars. In addition, club members are able to connect with like-minded people at a variety of Member Interest Groups, which range from card games and book groups to sports, cycling, and a group for younger club members.
