A Special Treat: Cookery Courses at the KCC
What better way to improve your cooking skills than to look over a true master’s shoulder: In his exclusive cookery courses, KCC Head Chef Reinhard Brandner demonstrates how to conjure up extraordinary dishes using both new and traditional techniques. Particular emphasis is placed on incorporating regional and seasonal ingredients – helping you perfect a wonderful KCC menu which can be recreated to delight your loved ones back at home.

Course fee: € 120 per participant. Includes the complete menu prepared during the course (served from 18:30), complementary wine and mineral water, as well as a recipe folder. Participants’ friends and family members are welcome to join the end-of-course dinner for a fee of € 65.
We kindly ask for advance reservations, as places are limited to 10 participants per course; equally, each course requires a minimum of four participants to go ahead.
