Such is the simple credo of our chef Reinhard Brandner, who knows how to spoil you with seasonal dishes and surprise you with international influences. The chef and his team present you with gourmet food by passionately creating an individual menu for each and every taste. World openness and regional cooking tradition meet in our kitchen for an exciting dialogue.
It is not so rare that a lobster from the Atlantic ocean meets with a trout from the nearby mountain creek, or roasted veal cheeks from the Tyrolean milk-fed calf with the filet of Kobe beef. But it is not only the perfect preparation of a delicious meal: we demand products of the highest quality from our providers and also like to make use of the resources “in front of our doors”.
